What counts against quotas
A response counts when submitted; an adaptive response counts when the AI actually engaged. Overage nags - it never drops data.
Two meters per workspace per month:
- Responses — each completed submission counts once. Test responses count until deleted.
- Adaptive responses — counts only when AI features actually ran for that response (a follow-up asked or a semantic check performed). A static submission on an adaptive form doesn’t burn one.
The AI layer also has token ceilings (per response, per day) that make it degrade gracefully rather than block anyone. All numbers: limits.
FAQ
Can I lose respondent data by going over quota?
No. Responses are always accepted and stored - exceeding a quota triggers upgrade nags for the owner, never data loss.
