# forms.ax > Forms that think. The intake layer for AI agents. Create, edit, publish and analyze forms entirely through an AI assistant over MCP — no builder UI. Respondent pages ask their own AI follow-up questions and validate answers semantically. forms.ax is the agent-native forms and intake primitive. The only admin surface is MCP: connect Claude (ChatGPT and Copilot coming soon) and describe the form you want.
