Ask to connect a destination and you get an authorization link; click it and forms.ax creates the target itself — a spreadsheet, a Notion database, an Airtable table, or HubSpot contacts+notes. From then on every completed response syncs automatically.

Disconnect any time (“stop syncing to Notion”). For a one-time snapshot use CSV export; for everything else there’s the webhook.
Do I have to create the spreadsheet or database first?
No — forms.ax creates the target for you, named after the form, and only asks for the minimal scopes to do so.
What if a sync fails?
Delivery retries automatically and never duplicates a response. If an authorization dies, the connection is flagged instead of retrying forever.
