Building forms

Embed a form on your website

One script tag embeds inline or as popup, modal, slider, tab or full page — triggered by click, time, scroll, exit intent and more.

Ask your assistant
Give me the embed snippet for my contact form.
Make the embedded form open as a modal on exit intent, and not again for 7 days after someone closes it.

get_form returns the embed snippet for any published form — one script tag, dependency-free and small.

Modes: inline, full page, popup button, modal, slider, side tab. Triggers: click, page load, time delay, scroll depth, exit intent, idle, pages visited. Frequency capping is built in: after someone submits, the form never auto-opens again; after a dismiss it stays quiet for a cooldown you control.

Configuration is remote-first: the snippet stays put, and “make it a slider from the right after 30 seconds” takes effect on your live site through the form’s settings.

FAQ

Do I have to re-paste the snippet when I change behavior?

No. The snippet is one line; behavior is remote-configured. Ask your assistant to change the trigger and the live site updates.

Can my analytics see form events?

Yes — the embed emits formsax:opened/step/submitted events on your page and can push to a GTM dataLayer on request. Your consent setup stays in charge.
