**Is there a visual form builder?**
No, by design. Your AI assistant is the builder - describing changes is faster than dragging boxes. The web app handles account and billing only.

**Which assistants work with forms.ax?**
Claude today (web, desktop, mobile). forms.ax speaks standard MCP, and ChatGPT/Copilot support is planned.

**Do respondents need an account or see any AI setup?**
No. Respondents just get a fast form page. If AI follow-ups are enabled they are clearly attributed and optional.

**Can a form collect passwords or PINs?**
No, and it never will - there is no password field type. forms.ax forms never collect credentials.

**Can I use my own domain?**
Forms live on your workspace subdomain ({workspace}.forms.ax) and embed on any site you own. Custom domains are planned as a paid feature.

**What data does forms.ax collect about my respondents?**
What your form asks, plus operational metadata. Hosted pages carry no third-party trackers, and storage is EU-jurisdiction - see Privacy & data.
