Ask to see responses and the assistant pages through them — newest first, up to 100 at a time, scoped to one form. Open any single response to get every answer plus the **adaptive transcript**: what the AI asked and what the respondent added.

In Claude, response lists also render as an in-chat dashboard view alongside the text.
