- "Publish the form and give me the link and a QR code."

"Publish it" does everything: signs you in if needed, puts the form live at `{workspace}.forms.ax/{slug}`, and returns the URL. `get_form` also hands you a **QR code link** (print it, put it on a counter) and the **embed snippet** for [your own site](/help/building/embed).

Publishing is versioned — respondents always get a consistent form, and your edits go live only when you **republish**.

**Where does my form live?**
On your workspace subdomain: {workspace}.forms.ax/{form-slug}. The slug comes from the title, or set your own.

**I edited a published form — why don't respondents see the change?**
Edits apply to the working version. Say republish and they go live.

**Are hosted form pages indexed by Google?**
No — respondent pages are deliberately noindex. You share the link; search engines don't.
